DISC™ Program

The DISC program is a holistic and unique tool that measures the ways in which individuals perceive themselves and others, including communication skills and other observable behaviour. This program takes a closer look at how the qualities of four distinct behavioural styles affect our approach to others and our responsibilities every day. These styles are defined as:

With this tool, we solicit anonymous feedback from an individual’s superiors, peers and others to create an accurate assessment of their current qualities and behaviours and benchmark these for future success.

Benchmarking

With our benchmarking process we examine the attributes of good leadership and accurately measure that against the rest of the team.
